Occupational Therapy
Occupational therapy can help you return to your daily activities, whether that be basic Activities of Daily Living (ADL) (dressing, showering, etc.) or your occupation (career, student, etc.). A comprehensive evaluation is performed to examine functional movement and determine the root cause of the injury/deficits. An individualized plan is then constructed to tailor a treatment and intervention plan of care to fit your needs and reach your goals related to injury/diagnosis related to daily function and activity.

Ergonomic Assessments
Many companies have offered a work-from-home environment for their employees. Ergonomic assessments provide a thorough look at your home office space to ensure it is properly set up to avoid strain on your body and limit overuse injuries. Any recommendations for changes are provided in written format so you can refer back and make necessary changes.

Home Safety/Modification Assessments
Do you have an older family member or friend that is looking to remain in their own home instead of moving to a senior living facility? If you worry about their safety or want to see how they could make changes to their house to make it safer to age in place, have a home assessment completed!

Many families struggle with the choice of sending their loved ones to rehab, assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, or bringing them back home. A comprehensive home assessment provides you with recommendations for modifications needed within the home to create a safer environment to allow you and your loved one to make the decision of what is best for them after hospitalization or age-related changes. Recommendations are provided in written format so you have them on-hand.
