Virtual Fitness Classes
We currently offer the following virtual fitness classes:
HIIT/TABATA
Just over 30 minutes of cardio and strength training meant to keep your heart rate up. This gets you both cardio benefits and strengthens your full body. Multiple exercises are completed in timed intervals at a 2:1 work to rest ratio.
GLUTES/ABS
This 30 minute class targets your glutes and abs and gives you the ability to move at the intensity and speed that is right for you.
HEALTHY FOR LIFE
A class aimed at improving balance and strength for seniors. All exercises can be modified, performed seated or standing, and with or without a bar (or table, chair, etc.) for support. Reduce your risk of falling and improve strength with this 30 minute class!
ROLL THE DICE
We roll the dice (literally) to determine which exercises we will
do that morning. This is 30 minutes of various cardio
and strength exercises.
