Stabilization Program
Many people jump right into training and end up quickly stopping due to soreness or injuring themselves due to using too much weight or moving the wrong way. Stabilization is the first phase of exercise due to your joints and body require the proper stabilization and flexibility to begin training/fitness programs. This program provides you with the basic education required to safely enter the world of personal training and fitness!
